Which regulations does it check against?
16 sets of UK health and safety law: the Health and Safety at Work Act, the Management Regulations, CDM 2015, Work at Height, PUWER, LOLER, COSHH, Manual Handling, Electricity at Work, RIDDOR, Confined Spaces, Control of Asbestos, Noise, Vibration, the Workplace Regulations and PPE at Work, plus relevant HSE guidance. Does it replace a competent person?
No. It shows where evidence is missing and suggests how to close the gap. A competent person still reviews, approves and signs off every document.
